What size electric wire do I need on the 18000 BTU unit? And does it come with the unit? Does the flex conduit come with the unit?
This would take a 20A double-pole breaker. The corresponding wire would be 12 AWG, with 2 hots and a ground, no neutral. Electrical hookup is not included but we do offer a Disconnect Box and a Flexible Conduit.

Do you have just A/C no heat units on sale
All of our systems are heat pumps meaning heating and cooling. We do not carry AC only units, but you can disable the heat function if not needed.

What size amperage should the breaker be ?
This would take a 15A double pole breaker with 14 AWG wire.

How do I get a 25 ft line set
The Diamante series comes pre-packed with a 16 ft lineset which cannot be modified during purchase. If you need longer, it would require purchasing either the WYS series, or a longer lineset here.

This unit will heat down to -13°F outside temperatures.

HOW MUCH SQ FEET WILL IT COOL
Under typical circumstances, we recommend this unit to manage up to 650 square feet.

If I install the outdoor unit YN018GLFI19RPD with the wall mount brackets the unit is 3" away from the wall short from the recommened 12" will this affect the opperation of the unit and void the warranty?
No, the required clearance drops to 3 inches when mounted on wall brackets, since it opens up a new dimension of airflow from underneath. Warranty is not affected when using wall mounting brackets correctly.
