I have several of these systems around my house. They all work really good! I love having one in my bedroom, so at night I can sleep in a nice cold room without running my house ac. If I ever have issues, customer service is always very helpful.

Quality throughout, from the ordering process, shipment, delivery, product, support, and performance. I researched before deciding on Pioneer. After installing, I discovered a local HVAC technician installs Pioneer almost exclusively.

Newly installed 10000 btu under bench a/c. Working great so far but have not tested on a very hot and sunny day yet. It is blowing a good amount of cold air through the vents. The installation manual was nicely written and made the install a breeze!

We have a cabin and wanted to upgrade from a window air conditioner to a mini split with heat. What we really like about this unit is the ECO vacation setting which will prevent freeze ups of the cabin by maintaining a 46 degree temperature when we are not there in the winter. Most other brands have a minimum temperature setting of around 62 degrees. This unit is very very quiet, and so is the outdoor condenser unit.

Dual zone Quantum ultra works excellent I have 2 9k heads that do almost my entire upstairs and downstairs. With a little bleed off into my kitchen but overall kit was easy to install and came with everything in nice packaging. Would recommend this to be purchased for anyone looking

I’m a DIYer and this was my first mini split install. It took longer than I expected to install but that is expected when doing something for the first time. I contacted Customer Service twice. Once by email and once by phone and received quick response to both. Wi-Fi setup was simple following the one page of instructions.
