What if I ordered the wrong one? Can I exchange it for this one?

Sure, what is your order number?

Would this work with the WYS012AMFI19RL series and work with Amazon Alexa etc?

It would not, you would need this one: https://www.pioneerminisplit.com/collections/accesories/products/wifi-remote-programming-access-dongle-for-pioneer-wys-series-air-conditioner-heat-pump-systems

does this work with the CB series Cassette

This would not be compatible. For the cassette units, it would necessitate the usage of an external module, such as the Sensibo Sky or the Cielo Breez Plus.We also have compatible wired programmable thermostats available.

Does this works with the rg66b6(b)/bgefu1 model?

No, this is the wrong one. You need this one: https://www.pioneerminisplit.com/collections/accesories/products/wifi-remote-programming-access-dongle-for-pioneer-wys-series-air-conditioner-heat-pump-systems

So, what would I use for Sophia model?

You would need to contact Cooper & Hunter company as we only sell Pioneer brand mini splits.

will this work with this unit :PIONEER Air Conditioner WYS020GMHI22M2 Multi Split Heat Pump, Dual (2 Zone)

No it cannot, you would need the USB dongle. https://www.pioneerminisplit.com/collections/accesories/products/wifi-remote-programming-access-dongle-for-pioneer-wys-series-air-conditioner-heat-pump-systems Out of stock but can still be ordered here:Âhttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B01I4P8B8A?ref=myi_title_dp

Does this integrate with Google assistant like the other similar mini splits?

Yes it does. It has Google and Amazon Alexa integration.

Will this work with the ecobee thermostat or IFTTT?

It has integrations with Amazon Alexa or Google Home. You would need to explore a method of tying in either of those to the ecobee or IFTTT.

Will this wifi unit work on WT unit? It says for wyt/wt but then it says only compatible with wyt system. My model is a WT

Yes, this is meant for any indoor unit that begins with "WT" and ends in "19HLD"

I see a previous answer says this unit works with \WT\" and ends in \"19HLD\". My units begin with \"WT\" and ends with \"HLE\" will this work with my units?"

Yes, the WT/HLE units are also fully compatible.

Will this allow my WYT012GLFI22RL to work locally with Home Assistant? I currently have a USB module installed, but it only works with the AirLink app, so I'm unable to integrate it with my home automation system.

This provides the same functionality as the USB, and is meant for a different model. Airlink is based on the Tuya platform, so it should be able to connect with Home Assistant using these steps: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/tuya/

I have a model WT012GLS120HLF. Is there a remote WiFi for this model?

Yes, this Wi-Fi module is compatible with your system.

Will this work on WYT024GLSI20RL?

Yes, it is 100% compatible with WYT024GLSI20RL.

Can you use this type of setup to control 10 WT036GLS120HLF units simultaneously?

Yes, you can control up to 120 units from one account.

Can you use one of these for 3 units? All same model.

Each indoor unit would require its own module.
