Price Match Policy

We strive to offer competitive pricing on all our products. If you find a lower final shipped price for the same item on another website, we’ll match it, provided your order has not yet been processed or delivered.

Eligibility Criteria

• Same Product: The item must be identical: same brand, model number, specifications, and NEW condition.
• Final Shipped Price: The competing price must include all applicable shipping and handling fees to reflect the total cost paid at checkout (excluding taxes).
• Order Status: Only orders that have not been processed or shipped are eligible for a price match.
• Authorized Sellers Only: We only match prices from authorized retailers. Listings from auction sites, classifieds, or unauthorized resellers are not eligible.
• Proof Required: A valid and current link to the competitor’s product page is required to verify the lower price.

Exclusions

• Price matching is not available after an order has shipped or been delivered.
• Limited-time promotions, clearance sales, coupons, rebates, or bundled offers are not eligible for price matching.
• We do not price match against third-party sellers on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace).

How to Request a Price Match

Email us at support@pdhvac.com before your order ships, and include:

• Your order number (if already placed)
• A link to the competing product
• Screenshot of the final checkout price (if available)

We will review and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.
