Is the vertical distance max 15ft for each lineset?
Max is 50 ft vertical difference between outdoor and any indoor unit. And maximum 33 ft difference between any 2 indoor units.

With a quad zone, if I'm only using 2 zones using 50 ft of lineswt each. Will the 100ft precharhed be enough, or is the unit only precharhed for 25 ft per circuit requiring more refrigerant?
It will be enough. All zones share the same refrigerant reservoir so all that matters is total combined attached length.

I want to install total of indoor unit that may be longer than 100 ft combined(130feet total), do I need to get refrigerant separately for the install?
Since the 130 feet of attached line exceeds what the factory precharge supports (100 ft), you would need to have the unit charged during installation with approximately 3.3 ounces of refrigerant.
