Description:

With its compact design and highly integrated appearance, Pioneer®'s wall-mounted Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV-50) system offers the most energy-efficient way of renewing the air inside your home. This lightweight system neatly recesses within the wall and intelligently exchanges stale indoor room air with fresh, clean outside air - all the while filtering out and reducing unhealthy indoor air contaminants. Not only that, but the internal high-tech ceramic energy accumulator housed within also offers a heat recovery efficiency of up to 97% - ensuring that the comfortable room temperature inside is neither raised nor lowered by the temperature of the air outside which could be wildly different.

Easily installed and operated, the 50 Series ERV reliably ensures year-round elimination of air pollutants and impurities, while delivering optimum indoor air quality. Breathe life into your home with delightfully crisp, fresh air today!

  • Ultra High Efficiency ECOasis™ ERV-rm Series Ductless Energy Recovery Ventilation System with 97% Heat Recovery

Features and Benefits:

  • Remove Room Air Pollutants: Filtration of air impurities such as MVOCs (Microbial Volatile Organic Compounds) along with removal of dust and other contaminants that commonly cause coughing, fatigue, and allergy aggravation
  • Freshen and Renew Breathing Air: Extraction of stale and stuffy room air while simultaneously introducing fresh outdoor air into the room to improve oxygen levels and overall quality of life
  • Minimize Strain on the Home Heating or Cooling System: By cooling the incoming hot outside air in summertime, and heating the incoming cold outside air in wintertime, the system intelligently prevents a change in indoor air temperature by using that outgoing stale indoor air to preheat or precool the incoming outdoor air depending on the season (Recommended to install two 50 Series ERVs to take advantage of this benefit)
  • Continuously Monitor Air Quality: A built-in CO2 sensor allows automated management of oxygen & CO2 levels inside the room to maximize breathability

Pioneer® Energy Recovery Ventilators

Fresh air without the energy penalty

Modern homes are built tight to save energy, but that also traps stale air, humidity, odors and CO2 inside. An energy recovery ventilator (ERV) fixes that by continuously exhausting stale indoor air and bringing in filtered fresh outdoor air. As the two airstreams pass each other inside the unit’s heat exchanger, the ERV transfers heat and moisture between them. In winter, the incoming air is pre-warmed by the air going out. In summer, it’s pre-cooled and partially dehumidified. You get steady fresh air while your heating and cooling system works far less than it would with an open window.

Ductless or ducted: which ERV is right for you?

ECOasis Ductless (single-room). These mount through an exterior wall with no ductwork. They’re ideal for a bedroom, home office, basement, apartment, or any room that feels stuffy, and they’re the easiest way to add fresh air to an existing home. Built-in Wi-Fi and smart sensors adjust ventilation automatically.

ECOasis Ducted (whole-home). These hide in a ceiling cavity and connect to ductwork, supplying fresh air and exhausting stale air throughout the house or across multiple rooms. They’re the right choice for new construction, renovations, or homes with existing duct runs. Four sizes cover 89 to 294 CFM, with independent supply and exhaust fan control, automatic bypass for free cooling, and CO2- and Wi-Fi-ready controls.

Choosing a size. Ventilation needs depend on your home’s square footage and number of bedrooms. A single room typically needs one ductless unit. For whole-home ventilation, your HVAC contractor can size a ducted unit using the ASHRAE 62.2 standard, or contact our team for help.

All Pioneer ERVs are backed by free lifetime technical support from our US-based team.
