Does this outdoor unit come pre charged with R410-A? Or does it require charging after installation?
The way it works is that the outdoor condensing unit is pre-charged with R410a to support line lengths up to 25 ft long. You will need to remove the air from the lines before releasing the refrigerant from the outdoor unit, using a vacuum pump or the flushing kit that we sell.
