16' Installation Kit
Included with system purchase is the full installation kit which features a 16' insulated copper lineset, 16' signal cable between units, and a 10' drain hose.
Handheld Remote
Functional in form and easy-to-read, the remote offers all of the essential features like Cool, Heat, Dry and Fan modes, as well as I FEEL to detect nearby temperature.

Can you hook a thermostat up to this?
Yes, the wired controller thermostat model TST-WPT-540L is compatible with this unit.

What is an average labor cost to install?
The cost is variable. Expect to have 4-5 hours spent on the entire installation process for most common installations. Typical installation professionals charge an average of $75 per hour, and upwards.

I'm replacing a through the wall a/c unit. I'll be able to use the wire from the outlet that went to it for my mini-split. It has a 20A double-pole breaker that is feeding it. Should I replace the breaker with a 15A or will the 20A be acceptable?
It would need to be 15A per spec on this system, but you can keep the same wiring.

This would take a 15A double-pole breaker. The corresponding wire would be 14 AWG, with 2 hots and a ground, no neutral.

It says pre charged. After installation does one still need to have the unit purged, and charged with freon? Or is it assembled complete DIY kit?
The way it works is that the outdoor condensing unit is factory pre-charged with R410a to support line lengths up to 25 ft long. You will need to remove the air from the lines before releasing the refrigerant from the outdoor unit, using a vacuum pump or the Kwik-e-vac flushing kit that we sell.
