These units that have the wifi capability, is that just an optional thing that IF you have wifi you can use an app to control it but it still has the regular remote that controls it? Our property does not currently have WiFi. We were recommended to purchase this unit, but just wanted to make sure before we buy. That it will work even without currently having wifi. We purchased several units from y’all a few years ago for a build and love them, but they do not have the wifi capability. Thanks!
Yes that's correct. The WiFi is extra/optional but the default mode of control is via the included handheld remote.

Are the indoor wall units on a separate circuit breaker?
Only the outdoor unit requires a power source. Every indoor unit that is connected to the outdoor unit will be powered by the outdoor unit via the communication cable that connects them together.
