Is this unit a heatpump?

All of our products are heat pumps yes. Please be aware that this is only the ouside portion (condenser).

I have a customer who bought your product and just sent me the Model number from the box. He claims it is a complete kit, he bought from Home Depot. Can you please advise on amps, voltage, if its a HP or Straight Cool. Customer is way out in the hills, and is not near his place where he could get me more info. This is the model number he sent from the box YN012GMFI22RPD

That model number is for the condenser/outside unit. Assuming they have a full kit then it will be this heat pump unit: https://www.pioneerminisplit.com/collections/wys/products/pioneer-12-000-btu-21-5-seer-230v-ductless-mini-split-air-conditioner-heat-pump-system-full-setIt is a 230V unit and would take a 15A double pole breaker and 14 AWG wire (2 hots and a ground, no neutral). You can find more tech specs here (4th column on 2nd page): https://www.pdhvac.com/site/downloads/WYS-22-2015.pdf
