Pioneer equipment can be purchased on pioneerminisplit.com or from a Pioneer authorized dealer. These companies are authorized to sell Pioneer systems and accessories to end-users, along with other value-added services. When purchasing from an authorized reseller, the end-user manages their purchases, service, and support through the reseller and not through Pioneer.
