Will this support the Pioneer® Quad Zone Outdoor Section 230V 22.5 SEER Multi Split Air Conditioner & Heat Pump Model Number: YN040GMFI22M4D

You would need the largest size which is BRK-FRM-C-3P

Is a HERS test required for your mini split systems? Or does it come with a compliance certificate?

Our systems comply with ETL, AHRI, and ISO standards. The requirement of this test is not dependent on the system. If the property requires this, it would need to be conducted by an onsite engineer, taking into account various other factors.

Can this bracket kit be installed on the side of a wood framed home with vinyl siding when lag screws into the framing are used instead of the expansion bolts for concrete supplied in the kit? The picture here actually shows what looks like vinyl siding application, but the instructions and video only reference concrete or brick construction, with no details about installing on what I would imagine is a more typical scenario of a wood framed structures. Thank you.

This would be totally do-able, it just requires different hardware than what is supplied with the bracket. But it can be done no problem

Do you need to fasten the arms also or just the leveler

Just the leveler is sufficient.

is this unit precharged or does it need charging after installation when may the 18k btu unit become available

The way it works is that the outdoor condensing unit is pre-charged with R410a to support line lengths up to 25 ft long. You will need to remove the air from the lines before releasing the refrigerant from the outdoor unit, using a vacuum pump or the flushing kit that we sell. The system will be back in stock in the next 2-3 weeks.

No installation manual?

We do apologize for the inconvenience of no instruction manual. You can use our video here as a reference for installing wall brackets: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBAG3s7hgSM

The bracket for the 12000 BTU unit shows the horizontal arms are 19 1/8". It also shows a second arm at 27 1/2". Do they both come with it. The manual states that the unit needs to bee 12" from the wall but the shorter arms would not allow for that

The clearance between the unit and wall drops to 4" when mounted on wall brackets, due to the new dimension created for airflow from below.

How high off the ground does the mounting bracket need to be installed? What is the clearance?

We'd recommend 2 ft off the ground.

Since the install manual says the minimum distance to the back wall is 12 inches how does this bracket manage that if the arms are only 24 in long and the unit is 16.25 deep?

The required clearance drops to 3" when mounting on wall brackets, due to the extra dimension of airflow created.

Hi, is there an instruction manual for installing this somewhere? Nothing came in the box and I haven't been able to find anything on the website.

Here's a video for installing brackets: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBAG3s7hgSM

I have a big room in my shop, 20 x 40, what size do i need? Ps: i live in Texas

That would call for roughly 24,000 BTUs to manage that size of space.

What size bracket is needed for a dual zone outdoor unit?

We would recommend the bigger BRK-FRM-C-3P model.

What discount you can give me if I buy 65 Wallbracket units ?

We can provide 20% discount for this order.

Can this bracket support a larger condensing unit, such as an 18k/9k dual zone

Yes, when adding the item to cart just select the larger size which supports up to 36K BTU units.

Q: is there an installation manual and parts list for the FOLDING MOUNTING BRACKET FOR MINI SPLIT UNIT WITH LEVELER? Lots of parts and no idea what many are for.

The best resource we currently would have for this would be the installation video for the regular brackets, which would be an almost identical process. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBAG3s7hgSM
